In the last 10 years there’s been an explosion in the number of people suffering from autoimmune conditions such as: Hashimoto’s; Chronic Fatigue; Fibromyalgia; and Arthritis. These ‘diseases’ are not only  physically demanding, they can take their toll emotionally. They create confusion, a feeling of powerlessness, and often times, they can be utterly soul-destroying.
